Our Warranty

At 1 Shop LLC, we stand behind the quality of our work. We offer all customers a Guarantee for a period of six months or 10,000 miles, whichever comes first, starting from the date of service.

 

Coverage: This Guarantee covers any defects in materials or workmanship for any repair services performed by 1 Shop LLC. Should any issues arise with the repaired part of your vehicle as a result of our work during the Guarantee period, we will rectify the problem at no extra cost to you.

 

Limitations: This Guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, incidental damage, or damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or alterations. It also does not cover repairs that have been tampered with or altered by anyone other than 1 Shop LLC. Parts provided by the customer are not covered under this Guarantee.

 

Process: To claim under this Guarantee, please return your vehicle to our shop along with your original receipt. Our expert technicians will examine the issue and perform necessary repairs to resolve the issue under the terms of this Guarantee.

 

Additional Information: This Guarantee is non-transferable and does not affect your statutory rights.
